MuchMusic.com: The 2010 MMVAs are packed with the raddest list of nominees to ever see this side of Queen St! It’s hard to think of anything past this year’s MMVAs. Like, srsly, does time just stop on June 21? What will we all do? (Insert sad puppy dog face.)

Do not fret! Once the 2010 MMVAs end, we will be even closer to the 2011 MMVAs! But, what will the nominee list look like? I put on my mothball smelling shawl, drew some creepy warts onto my face, and rubbed the crystal ball that is oh-so conveniently located on my desk (help’s me decide what to have for lunch). Have a looky-loo at what the 2011 MMVAs may look like!

My spidey senses tell me that MuchMusic viewers lurve dem some Girlicious. And, by spidey senses, I mean every single blog comment and twitter post is requesting a Girlicious video! Y’all got the girl group fever! Have ya heard Maniac? Lock me up, cuz I can’t stop myself from dancing when that song comes on! Methinks it sees a MMVA nomination in its future.

It was the third week of this routine by Allan Avendaño and Adam Cook to Britney Spears and Madonna’s Me Against The Music for Video Dance Jam at Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood. Some learned it the same day in about 40 minutes and some learned it the first week. Either way, we had a blast laughing every time we messed up and cheering each other on! Dancers featured are Nichole Cordova of Girlicious, Yu Tsai, Randi Wood, Anthony De La Cruz, Brandon Anthony, Jill Small, Marianne Chambers, Jim Liu, Davin Costa, Josh Blanaru, Zachary Tindall and many more. This weeks Video Dance Jam choreography at Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood is to Maniac by Girlicious. Girlicious was formed by Pussycat Doll founder Robin Antin and consists of Nichole Cordova, Chrystina Sayers and Natalie Mejia. These girls are number one in many places like Canada and Brazil but we need them in the US! Please visit their YouTube channel GirliciousVevo and check them out if you don’t already know them. In the meantime, we danced like “Maniacs” in the class and I had special guests Robin Antin and Nichole Cordova in class to jam out to the hit track! Other dancers in the video during class are: Yu Tsai, Emily Shanklin, Michelle Wong, Janelle Dote, Randi Wood, Jill Small, Zachary Tindall, Marianne Chambers, Lauren Chandler Walsh, Jim Liu, Clifford Banagale, Bryn Gauer, Brandon Anthony, Philip Hratko and many more!
