This weeks Video Dance Jam choreography at Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood is to Maniac by Girlicious. Girlicious was formed by Pussycat Doll founder Robin Antin and consists of Nichole Cordova, Chrystina Sayers and Natalie Mejia. These girls are number one in many places like Canada and Brazil but we need them in the US! Please visit their YouTube channel GirliciousVevo and check them out if you don’t already know them. In the meantime, we danced like “Maniacs” in the class and I had special guests Robin Antin and Nichole Cordova in class to jam out to the hit track! Other dancers in the video during class are: Yu Tsai, Emily Shanklin, Michelle Wong, Janelle Dote, Randi Wood, Jill Small, Zachary Tindall, Marianne Chambers, Lauren Chandler Walsh, Jim Liu, Clifford Banagale, Bryn Gauer, Brandon Anthony, Philip Hratko and many more! I taught Video Dance Jam at Equinox Fitness in West Hollywood to the sickest song: MANIAC by GIRLICIOUS! It’s not available in the states but it is available in CANADA and other countries I’m sure… It’s number one in Brazil and other countries. Nichole Cordova paid Video Dance Jam a visit tonight with my homie and regular student Robin Antin and we decided to tape the routine on it’s first day for fun along with my best bud and favorite dancer Adam Cook!
